Our commitment

Chiroworks – Dr. David Van, DC wants everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology, to be able to use this website. We are working to make woodlandhillschiropractor.com conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we have done

  • Reviewed every page of the site with automated testing (axe-core) and manual keyboard testing.
  • Added text alternatives for images, names for icon-only links and buttons, and labels for every contact form field.
  • Corrected heading structure, made keyboard focus clearly visible, added a “Skip to main content” link, and raised color contrast to at least 4.5:1.
  • Removed outdated template pages that were not part of our practice’s content.

Online booking is provided by Square, and maps are provided by Google. We do not control the accessibility of those services. If you have any difficulty booking online or viewing a map, please call us at 818-518-6204 and we will book your appointment or give you directions by phone.

Patient forms

Our new-patient and accident intake forms are available as PDF downloads. If you cannot use a PDF, call 818-518-6204 or email woodlandhillschiropractor@gmail.com and we will provide the form in an accessible format or complete it with you by phone or at the office.
